ADJUSTABLE OFF-ROAD SUSPENSION
After thousands of tests on cross-country tracks and trails, Surron has developed the optimal suspension for the Light Bee electric bike platform. Settings can be adjusted according to your riding preferences, giving you the ideal level of bump absorption and tire grip. You’ll be impressed with what the Light Bee X can tackle!
HIGH PERFORMANCE BATTERY
The battery is 65V 32AAH of Panasonic goodness. This is the best battery design we have seen in a small electric vehicle (EV). Every thing in this battery was made custom for the Surron.
It has an advanced battery management system (BMS) that not only protects your battery from overcharge and under charge, but also monitors the temperatures of the battery, the motor and the controller and will dial back power if things get too hot.
HIGH-EFFICIENCY, CENTRE-PLACED MOTOR
A high-performance, brushless, permanent magnet synchronous motor was designed and developed specifically for the Light Bee. Mid-mounted and air-cooled, this PMSM motor has high power density, motor speed and temperature resistance with strong torque output.
FOC INTELLIGENT SINE WAVE CONTROLLER | EFFICIENT, SMOOTH & POWERFUL CONTROLLER
Surron independently designed and developed its proprietary controller. With a multi-curve, compound algorithm program and real-time monitoring of throttle position, speed, motor torque and current intensity, the controller will continuously analyze your daily riding data and adapt to your riding habits.

ABOUT SURRON
Great achievements are built on the smallest foundations. In December 2014, three partners came together with a shared dream to build high-performance electric bikes and popularize the use of electric motorcycles and e-bikes. They established Hangzhou Qiulong Technology Co. Ltd. with an investment of $30 million USD and a team of 40 engineers.
The company’s first prototype was created in 2017 and became the foundation for Surron first production model: the Light Bee X. Introduced in 2018 to positive reviews from customers and industry experts alike, the Light Bee X was followed by a smaller S version in 2020, making the world of electric off-road bikes even more accessible.
